
The COVID-19 pandemic compelled numerous individuals, companies and state institutions to reassess their surroundings and embrace a new reality. The situation also had its impact on the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS, Fund), which, in line with its vision, aims to become an innovative institution based on societal trust.
The main objective of this study is to present the changes within the KRUS and how the institution adapted to the needs of farmers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It addresses changes in the organisation’s functioning, improvements in service accessibility for farmers, and the introduction of new COVID-19-related benefits, along with statistical analysis.
