Formal Requirements:

1. The author shall submit the text in electronic format to the address: wojciechkotowski@wp.pl. The Author shall be responsible for all factual data included in the publication.
2. The text should not exceed 15 pages of standardized text; font: Arial, main text: 12, footnotes: 9.
3. The text should include a summary (up to 10 rows) in Polish and in English, and also 4-5 keywords in Polish and in English (which should not be the same as in the article's title). Please also give a full title of the article in English.
4. The article should be composed of an introduction, individual thematic threads formulated in points, and conclusions.
5. Please provide the following information about the Authors, in Polish and in English: first name and family name, scientific degree or title, place of work (Faculty, University) along with a full address, e-mail, and additionally a postal address (solely for the information of the Editorial Office). The Author should also provide an ORCID iD.
6. Failure to submit the Author’s proof within the prescribed time shall imply consent to publish the text in the current form.
7. Normative acts of Polish law should be cited following the principles of their referencing in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 20 June 2002 on the rules of legislative drafting (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 908) [Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 20 czerwca 2002 r. w sprawie „Zasad techniki prawodawczej” (Dz. U. Nr 100, poz. 908)].
8. Bibliography in alphabetical order should be located at the end of the text.
