This review of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights presents the most significant views expressed in judgments and decisions issued by the European Court of Human Rights in the period from July to September 2023, concerning: right to life, prohibition of torture, right to liberty and security of person, right to a fair trial, no punishment without law principle, right to respect for private and family life, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and association, right to education, and prohibition of discrimination.
