Obtaining Rights to Drive Vehicles in Poland in the Light of Applicable Law

Abstract

The article aims to illustrate the process of obtaining permission to drive vehicles in Poland. Statutory conditions for participation in the training of candidates for drivers and the procedure for taking the state examination were presented. A lot of attention has been focused on the examination process. Presented the course of the examination procedure for the theoretical and practical. Were discussed in detail the tasks required exam. Because of the breadth and diversity of the examination procedure, the procedure is discussed in the basic category ,, B”.
