Rights and Obligations of Disabled Air Passengers

Abstract

In the era of communications, carriers seek to ensure that all passengers the highest travel comfort, with particular emphasis on passengers with disabilities. The powers of this group of people became the subject of a number of EU regulations. Among exercising their privileges may be mentioned the obligation to boarding and priority in dealing with sites, assist airport employees and an air carrier during the journey, or the possibility of traveling together with a dog on board. All of this is to prevent discrimination against people with disabilities and reduced mobility. In case of dissatisfaction with the service provided by the air carrier support may submit a complaint to the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, who will indicate possibly occurring irregularities and the possibility of eliminating them.
