Abstract

According to the teaching of the Vatican Council II, due to some reasons, the different hierarchical structures can be created on the same territory. The legislator was guided such a criterion in the creation of the personal ordinariate for Anglicans, which is chronologically the youngest personal particular Church which is a portion of the people of God with their own ordinary, the presbyterium, and the christian faithful. This Church is established under the special law, which includes the christian faithful, who come from the Anglican tradition and who were willing to make the full communion with the Catholic Church.
