The impact of the health minister's regula-tions, known as "organizational standards," on improving the situation of women during perinatal medical care

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Health from 16 August 2018 on the organizational standard of perinatal care was introduced to help a woman during perinatal care. In practice, this has not been fully realized. Research results reveal that patients experience violations of their rights across various perinatal services.

The provisions of the standard lack full support, there is no effective mechanism for law enforcement. The article indicates the positive and individual aspects related to the standards of perinatal care that brings benefits.
