
The article discusses corruption as a manifestation of violation of the law within the meaning of Article 3(1) of the Whistleblower Protection Act. The author analyses the appropriateness of including this category of violation of the law in the aforementioned statute. He also points to corporate barriers related to taking follow-up actions, the risks for the whistleblower, as well as the tasks of professional litigation representatives in supporting whistleblowers in reporting this form of violation of the law.
