For a proper repair of the content of Art. 191 § 1 of the Penal Code

Abstract

The wrong worded provision of Article 191 § 1 of the Penal Code on violence does not cover indirect violence and thus deprived the criminal law protection of tenants of residential premises against the actions of tenants who attempted violence, most often indirect violence, directed at objects or access to media (e.g. water, electricity, gas, heating and sewage systems) in order to prevent the use of the apartment. Is the next amendment to the Criminal Code a step in the right direction? Will indirect violence become a crime again in the Polish criminal code?
