The article concerns the criminal provisions introduced by the Act of May 20, 2021 – on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a flat or a single-family house and the Developer Guarantee Fund. The author describes the changes in the regulations that have taken place in connection with the above-mentioned amendment compared to the existing regulations. The analysis is critical and focuses on the shortcomings of the regulations.
