Abstract

The overview presents the essential elements of the analysis and the conclusions of the opinion of the Venice Commission prepared jointly with the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe on European standards regulating the status of judges. in which they addressed a list of questions that were posed by the Minister of Justice.
