O współpracy personelu zakładów karnych na Ukrainie z organizacjami religijnymi w zakresie zapobiegania stosowania siły wobec skazanych

Abstrakt

W artykule przeanalizowano stan współpracy organizacji religijnych oraz personelu zakładów karnych ds. zapobiegania stosowania siły wobec skazanych, określono najbardziej problematyczne aspekty dotyczące danego zagadnienia badawczego, a także opracowano naukowo uzasadnione kierunki oraz propozycje ich rozwiązania i udoskonalenia mechanizmu prawnego.
