Abstract

Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine has shaken the international public opinion and the foundations of the rule-based international system. In response, multiple states supplied Ukraine with sophisticated weapons systems, including aviation equipment, in order to bolster Ukrainian defence. The article aims to analyse whether in the light of international law, especially the law of neutrality, supplying a victim of aggression with military aviation equi-pment constitutes a violation.
