The paper aims to specify whether and how Muslims in Poland use the non-church legal entities for exercising their collective freedom of religion as well as to assess usefulness, effectiveness, and organizational means of such a conduct. First, it points out the possibility of excersing of the collective freedom of religion outside the religious unions. The paper specifies the legal entities that are the most appropriate for achieving the goal. Then it analyses activity of the Muslim associations, companies, and foundations. Since, Muslims use them readily and quite often for excersing their collective freedom of religion as well as certain rights and needs resulting from it.
