The article presents a normative-dogmatic analysis of the system for the protection of minors against sexual abuse in the particular law of the Catholic Church in Sweden, based on the Action Plan of the Diocese of Stockholm. The aim of the study is to assess the compliance of the adopted solutions with canon law and regulations of Swedish law. The analysis focuses on the structure of the protection system, including preventive mechanisms, intervention procedures, and post-intervention measures. The findings indicate that the Action Plan constitutes an attempt to integrate ecclesiastical and state norms, grounded in the principle of the best interests of the child and institutional cooperation. At the same time, it reveals tensions resulting from conceptual and systemic differences between the two legal orders, which may affect the scope and application of the adopted measures.
