Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
Author Guidelines
The texts submitted by authors are published on the basis of author publishing contracts, regulating all copyright issues. The author is obliged to declare that the copyright in the work transferred to the publisher at the date of its acceptance by the Publisher is not restricted by any third party rights.
The author is responsible for the factual correctness, as well as for the up-to-dateness of the legal status of the work, cited provisions, case law and doctrine. If the author discovers an error, inaccuracy or obsolescence after the text has been submitted, he must notify the publisher immediately.
The author should cite publications that have influenced his/her work, in the form of a citation, in a footnote and in the bibliography.
The acceptance or rejection of a text is determined primarily by its scientific originality and quality, as well as its consistency with the subject matter preferred by the Publisher.
It is recommended that texts submitted to the Publishing House by students, graduates, PhD students, etc. should be accompanied by a relevant recommendation from a supervisor.
The author submitting a text to the Publishing House declares to be familiar with
the publication ethics rules applied by the ESPA Publishing House and undertakes to observe them.
