
The subject of this study is a comparative legal analysis of the issue of the prohibition of discrimination on the basis of religion in the Polish and Czech legal systems. Aspects related to discrimination are not an easy topic, especially since they concern delicate and difficult aspects also related to human personal dignity. The first part will present general issues, primarily relating to international and European regulations prohibiting discrimination on the basis of religion. The rest of the article will raise the issue of anti-discrimination provisions under Polish and Czech law and present legal solutions in this matter.
