The review of the case-law presents the most significant views expressed in judgments issued by the European Court of Human Rights between October and December 2021, concerning prohibition of torture, prohibition of forced or compulsory labour, right to liberty and security, right to respect for private and family life, freedom of expression, prohibition of discrimination.
The review is followed by a comprehensive summary of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights (Section I) in the case of two judges – Monika Dolińska-Ficek and Artur Ozimek v. The Court concluded that his Chamber, which examined their case, was not a “tribunal established by law”.
