This review of the case law covers selected judicature from the second half of 2021 and the first half of 2022. The review consists of (final) decisions, judgments and resolutions passed in the indicated period. They concern both procedural and substantive issues in the field of broadly understood administrative law, including tax law, covered by the jurisdiction of all chambers of the Supreme Administrative Court.
