Dostawy wojskowego sprzętu lotniczego Ukrainie w świetle neutralności w prawie międzynarodowym

Abstrakt

Pełnoskalowa rosyjska inwazja przeciwko Ukrainie wstrząsnęła podwali-nami układu międzynarodowego opartego na zasadach. W odpowiedzi wiele państw zdecydowało o dostarczeniu Ukrainie różnego rodzaju systemów broni, w tym także sprzętu lotniczego, w celu wsparcia wysiłku obronnego tego państwa. Celem artykułu jest przeanalizowanie, czy w świetle prawa międzynarodowego dostarczenie lotniczego sprzętu wojskowego ofierze agresji jest jego naruszeniem, zwłaszcza w kontekście praw rządzących reżimem neutralności.
