The purpose of this article is to consider whether the submission by the consumer to the supplier/seller of a statement on refusal of post hoc consent to the application of unfair terms in their respect after the creation of the writ of execution constitutes an event that may be the basis for an objection of enforcement. These considerations also comprise the question whether it is possible to raise this kind of the objection despite the limitation mentioned in Article 840(1)(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure.
