Philosophy of law from the beginnings of philosophy was treated as the part of the general philosophy. Separateness of philosophy of law from general philosophy arised from the end of the XVIII century. Actually philosophy of law is treated as autonomous academic discipline with many connections with general philosophy and another academic disciplines of philosophy. Inspirations of jurisprudence for philosophy and contrary – philosophy for jurisprudence – are very meanigful in discussions relations philosophy of law with general philosophy. During the newest times, according to postmodernism inspirations, are developing different currents of the philosophy of law, among them – biojurisprudence.
