Information For Authors

If you are interested in submitting a scientific publication to “Linguistics”, please read the information about our journal contained in the “About the journal” tab. Before depositing a text, please read the guidelines for authors, as texts that do not comply with the guidelines will be rejected at the internal editing stage as formally defective.

Submitting a text for publication requires registering (or logging in for already registered users) on the journal's OJS website.

After registering and logging in, click on the button-link “New submission” to open the submission form (5-step).

The entire procedure for publishing a paper in “Linguistics” is done online based on the author's account established on the journal's website. This includes all steps: from the deposition of the manuscript, through the review process, to the editing and composition of the text. The author can at any time get information on what stage the text one has submitted is at. To do this, after logging into the system, click on the “Submissions” button-link in the left side menu, and then click on the title of the submitted text in the “My submissions” tab. The system will go to the page/tab corresponding to the stage at which the text is in the editorial process (for example, if the text is at the review stage, the system will go to the “Review” tab, where there will be information on the status of the review).
