The 2019 convention of Church historians was hosted by the picturesque Benedictine abbey in Tyniec, located on the Vistula River. The choice of venue for the meeting was well thought out. In 2019, the Benedictines celebrate the 975th anniversary of the foundation of the abbey in Tyniec and the 80th anniversary of the renewal of the Polish Benedictines.
