Review process
1. The procedure of reviewing articles is in accordance with the recommendations described in the brochure of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education "Good practices in review procedures in science", Warsaw 2011.
2. By submitting a paper for publication in the journal, the authors consent to the reviewing process.
3. Submitted publications are first evaluated by the Editorial Board.
4. Then publications are reviewed by two reliable reviewers who are not members of the Editorial Board and have at least a PhD degree.
5. Submitted papers will not be sent to reviewers from the same institution as the Authors or to persons who may have a conflict of interest with the Author.
6. The reviewing process is conducted according to the double-blind peer review model, i.e. the identity of the reviewers is not known to the Author, and the identity of the Author - to the reviewers.
7. The paper is given an editorial number, which identifies it at further stages of the publishing process.
8. Reviewers are not allowed to use their knowledge of the paper before its publication.
9. The reviewer sends the review in electronic form to the e-mail address of the Editor given on the review form and in paper form with a handwritten signature, which is kept in the Editorial Office for 5 years.
10. The final qualification for printing is made by the Editor-in-Chief on the basis of the analysis of comments contained in the review and the final version of the article delivered by the Author.
11. Once a year the Editorial Office publishes on the website an updated complete list of Reviewers with whom it cooperates
