
In the present article, the author addresses the digital transformation in Polish courts. The digital reality, as it were, forces the legislator and the courts to adapt to technological development. Significant changes in the computerisation of courts have been made in recent years, which should be assessed positively, but the constant and dynamic technological development entails the need to take further measures in this respect. It seems important that these changes take the form of a gradual transformation, as choosing the path of revolution in this area involves the risk of chaos.
