Abstract

Freedom of religion in Canada is an incredibly important part of the law that regulates relations in Canada’s multiethnic society. The aim of the article is to provide an overview of religious law in Canada, as well as the challenges it faces. Paying attention to the multiethnicity, and consequently the religious diversity of Canadians, allows us to understand the scale of difficulties faced by regulations governing religious freedom in Canada.
