Abstract

Two-part publication concerns an important issue, more and more often appearing in practice, namely road events with the participation of the drivers of privileged vehi- cles. In addition to emergency vehicles, these events are also attended by so-called vehicle drivers. Civil and often procedural authorities have doubts as to which of the participants in the event should be responsible for causing it. The expert in the field of re- construction of road accidents should doubt this, including on the basis of the reconstruction of the course of the event, and above all the observation of the place of the accident, and even the results of the experiment. This publication presents a case of a traf- fic accident, in which the police officer was indicated as the perpetrator, who entered the intersection despite the red signal on his signaling device for his traffic direction.
