“Peculiar characteristics” as a pathological symptom of graphical-language structure of writing due to the dysfunction of the central nervous system with neurological-psychiatric substrate are not a sufficient indication when making a diagnosis concerning possible their placement in separate lobes of the brain. The lack of qualitative-quantitative agreement between the mentioned term and its equivalent in the form of disease formed the basis for the replacement of this less efficient concept with somewhat other one, i.e. with the phrase “the disintegration of graphical-language structure”, witch, according to the author article, is more informative.
Defining this concept both in the scope of graphical structure as well as in the scope of language structure contributed to obtaining more illuminative information concerning not only the identification of a person alone on the basis of the graphical-language structure of writing but also diagnosis making as for qualitative-quantitative disturbance with neuro-logical-psychiatric substrate. As a result of such methodological measures it has been stated that the conditioned reflex responsible for the process of writing personalization undergoes the disintegration in the third pathological stage, i.e. acute one, as well not in every case and not completely.
Moreover it has been stated that in “statement in writing” the language only (spelling, punctuation) can undergo the disintegration more often than the graphical structure of writing alone. The formulation of such a hypothesis gives far-reaching research possibili-ties on criminological-graphological and linguistic ground.
