Legal Aspects of Implementing Poland’s Raw Materials Policy in a System of Sustainable Regional Development

Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal aspects of implementing Poland’s raw materials policy into a system of sustainable regional development. Taking into account the body of administrative law and European Union law, the author points to a new legal issue, which is at the stage of implementation in the system of sustainable regional development. In pursuing the research objective, the Author analyses the legal aspects of the implementation of Poland’s raw materials policy in the system of sustainable regional development. As a result of the analysis, the Author concluded that the legal basis of the state’s raw materials policy, related to its implementation and execution, should have its legal basis in the geological and mining law and also in the local government acts.
