In Mary, who is our Sister, the Church sees herself as if in a mirror and, together with her, praises God for the great works that the Almighty has been accomplishing throughout the centuries. In this article, the person of Mary of Nazareth will be presented as a "synodal woman". In the contemporary cultural context, which is subject to processes of change, it is important that Christians of the 21st century are able to rediscover the living Gospel of Jesus Christ in it. The article also wishes to point out that Mary's accompanying man and the Church on the path of faith also helps in experiencing co-responsibility for the Church of Christ.
