This work undertakes the task of presenting the extensive care, educational and teaching activities of the Sisters of St Elisabeth, from the beginning of the Congregation to the present. Over the 140 years of its existence, the Congregation of the Gray Sisters has gone through various vicissitudes, starting from the charitable activities started in Nysa in 1842.
