The article presents analysis of regulations in constitution from 17th March 1921 applying to the supreme bodies exercised legislative, executive, and judicial power. The aim of this analysis is to consider, how the principle of triple division of powers, regarded to be constructed by Montesquieu, was realized in mentioned constitution. The author puts through consideration the articles governing the structure and work of each power, then focuses her attention to the parliamentary system assumed in constitution as a pattern of relations between legislative and executive powers. The dominance of the executive power towards the legislative power, as well as the dominance of both those powers towards the court power are also named. The analysis of those regulations is to demonstrate, whether the principle in discuss was applied consequently to bring about the full separation of each power from the others.
