The essay contains considerations focused on three problems. The first, which brings a thesis on the historical nature of the interpretation of the concept of the rule of law, and within it the questions of how members of the Constitutional Court or the Supreme Court are selected, and whether it is possible to guard against "politicization." The second, relating to the Convention
on the Rights of the Child and its entanglement with today's realities, including the situation of children with mothers on the border with Belarus, and references to the school system. And the third, the most important, the problems of school aggressiveness showing the hopelessness of the situation of victims of aggression in light of the shortcomings of ministerial regulations
and school statutes.
