In the paper, an attempt is made to evaluate the parliamentary bill to amend the Criminal Code to the extent of criminalization of the phenomenon of patho-streaming (livestreaming of social pathologies). An outline of commentary on the amending bill is formulated and the current statutory features of this provision are analysed and critiqued. The main drawbacks of the bill are its populistic character and too broad delineation of criminal liability of third parties who are not involved directly in the creation of a patho-stream.
