The article draws attention to international standards for the protection of children’s rights in wartime conditions, Ukrainian legislation that guarantees the protection of children’s rights in wartime conditions, the main problems and challenges of implementing individual rights of children in wartime conditions. The author concludes that іt is obvious that the state of war and active hostilities in Ukraine determine the new realities of today, and the general procedure for the protection of children’s rights established by the current legislation, which operated in peacetime, simply stopped working in most cases.
