Specific Nature of the Acts in Can. 119 and 127 in the Code of Canon Law 1983

Abstract

An issue of the specific nature of the acts in can. 119 and 127 in the Code of Canon Law 1983 was shown in the article. There is difference between these two acts. Can. 119 relates to the collegial act while can. 12 7 relates to the a et o f a superior. In the a et o f a superior there is separation of the superior and college or group of persons. The Author indicated that collegial acts relate to the juridic persons. Acts of a superior relate to place certain acts by the superior. The participation of the college or group of people helps to make an objective decision.
