The subject of the article are two fundamental treads regard the present and the future of the relations between the State, the Church and the Nation. The first is concerning the principle of the cooperation between the State and the Church in the context of the paradigm religious – political formed in the European culture on the basis of Christ command: “So give Cesar what is Cesar’s, and to God what is a God’s” (Matt. 21,21) with the regard of canon law and Polish law in the context of the political transformations from the communist totalitarianism to the democracy. The second question respects of the application of principle of the cooperation between the State and the Church with the benefit of the institution of Marriage and the Family according to the Article 18 of Constitution of the Republic of Poland and the Article 11 of Concordat between the Holy See and Poland.
