The article describes the life and work of the Servant of God Sister Barbara Samulowska D.C., a visionary from Gietrzwałd, a Daughter of Charity, and a missionary whose spiritual legacy is a valuable contribution to the Church community in Poland. Despite difficult political conditions after 1950, her memory was carefully preserved and promoted by the Congregation of the Daughters of Charity and church circles. This study outlines actions taken within the Congregation as well as broader initiatives that contributed to popularizing her figure and initiating the beatification process. Her example remains an inspiration to the faithful and emphasizes the importance of missionary service and preservation of the memory of significant figures in the Church.
