Cardinal August Hlond, as Primate of Poland, surrounded the pastoral care of emigrants with his concern. For their needs he founded the Society of Christ for Polish Emigrants. He left behind a work that reflected his great concern for the souls of the Polish exile. The priests and brothers of the Society, according to the instructions of the great Primate, work in all areas of Polish emigration. This is the subject of this article.
