Abstract

Omniscience is the attribute of "having knowledge about everything." Forensic sciences are required from the court judge and the prosecutor. The prosecutor needs to know what kind of questions and to whom they might be posed. The judge must have forensic knowledge to evaluate the opinion issued – the same as the expert. Forensic sciences are developing rapidly. The basic method of acquiring modern knowledge is self-education. This method is insufficient and therefore the current way of propagating forensic knowledge among judges and prosecutors requires changes.
