The article present the problem of taking a child in a situation of immediate threat to his health or life. The article discusses the course of the procedure itself as well as the responsibilities of its individual participants. It is also important to discuss the activities that are undertaken to collect the child, in other words to determine the place where the child should be placed. Also described are the most important problems and practical doubts related to the application of the title issues. Bearing in mind the vagueness and imprecision of the regulations in force, the conclusions set out the main postulates related to the possible direction of changes in the regulations regulating the collection of a child.
