The speaker, in his lecture, treated the young people gathered at the conference to a trip of 13.8 billion years, all the way back to the Big Bang! Returning to reality, he pointed out how a good law should be shaped. By its nature, it should be general, addressed to every intellectual level, it must be the same for everyone, which indeed means that everyone is equal before it, and it must be certain. Certainty is expressed, of course, in clarity, consistency and unambiguity to the extent that it can be understood without commentary from experts on the subject, which is a kind of interpretive instruction. In conclusion, the Speaker presented the claim that we cannot restore the rule of law in Poland, because there was none before, while we should build it!
