In the article the main issues concerning the draft of a new bill of electronic deliveries were identified. The aim of the draft’s bill is to provide the widest range of providing services by electronic means for the public bodies. Moreover, the aim is to introduce solutions facilitating citizens and entrepreneurs in dealing with official matters in distance, without necessity of going to the operators’ office. The electronic deliver is to be in the future the main channel of delivery of the correspondences requiring confirmation its sending or receipt and will be legally authentic equivalent as sending traditional registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
