The subject of the paper is an analysis of the changes introduced to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning appealing against decisions issued in proceedings to secure claims [collateral proceedings]. The analysis of the changes made, which have been in force since 1 July 2023, requires a prior indication of what kind of decisions are issued in proceedings to secure claims [collateral proceedings] and what their specificity and the procedure of challenging them is. The rules related to the entry into force of the amended regulations were also discussed.
