The article describes a new regulation relation to insolvency proceedings. It is included in The Act of The National Register of Indebted Parties. The author underlines that it came into force on 1 December 2021. The Act changes insolvency proceedings because computerizes them. It creates new type of public register which contains information about debtors lost the ability to fulfilled their liabilities. In the first part of the article author presents The National Register of Indebted Parties, highlights it advantages and disadvantages. In the second part of the article the author emphasizes that under the new regulation each action in insolvency proceeding must be done via the IT data transmission system supporting the court proceedings.
