Kryminologiczne aspekty zapobiegania przestępstwom gospodarczym (na przykładzie oszustwa w sferze socjalnej w Rosji i Polsce)

Abstract

The article describes the issues of criminalistic prevention of economic crimes, explains meaning of modern technical and criminalistic means, of scientifically based and approved by practice tactical and methodological recommendations with regard to prevention of economic crimes. The author suggests to extend potential of criminalistic prevention of economic crimes by addressing criminalistic information to wider range of addressees.
