Abstract

Modern technologies create foundations for economic growth and they are of crucial importance for all sectors of economy and society. I’m sure you will agree with me that these days electronic payments, computing clouds and robot – robot communication are becoming more and more popular. The question is what are the borders of development and influence of technology on law making? On the one hand, new technologies determine development but they have to be limited by certain rights, for example the law of industrial property. On the other hand, these technological innovations interfere with these rights and it’s more difficult to protect them. That’s why this situation poses threat to the safety of individuals and citizens. What’s more, practically in every area of human life appear problems of ethical and legal regulations connected with functioning of robots and computers.
