Changing the Constitution or Changes to the Constitution of Republic of Poland (1997)?

Abstract

The Author seeks to answer the question if there is a need for any changes to the Constitution. There exist numerous reasons for introducing changes to this fundamental law. Some of these alterations are indispensable in order to harmonize the content of the Constitution with the EU legislation while some others are to remove any legal loopholes. All proposals suggest making amendments to the constitutional regulations. None of them relates to the essence of the political system, thus aiming at reviewing the Constitution or enacting a new constitution.
