Changes Tradition and Progress in Law

Abstract

Tradition and progress as words are using very often in every day and scholarly language by historions, philosophers, sonologistic, anthropologist and theologians. In every day language are using sometimes without enough rationalization. Tradition and progress haeve important meaning theoretical and practical for jurisprudence and law but are analyzing rerely in science. My analyze has very general character, waiting for more deep and broader comments. All research devoted to tradition and progress is not easy becouse its haeve many contextual different meanings. Different are contents words “tradition” and “progress” in low and its interrelations and influences on different sectors of social life. From axiological point of view tradition has many different evaluations, good and bad contrary to progress evaluated good.
